What Happens When Someone Inhales Asbestos Fibers?




Asbestos fibers are dangerous to humans if inhaled. When a person breathes in small fibers, they stay in the lungs and reason scar tissue to shape on the walls of the ALVEOLI (The tiny air sacs where carbon dioxide and oxygen are exchanged). The sum of oxygen that available to our body is decreased throughout asbestos revelation and worsened through repeated encounters with the ACM
